In our news section, we're alerting you to a new service we're launching - Nonviolent communication workshops for groups and individuals.

    This month, we've looked at how valuable praising employees is for impacting performance and for making life more enjoyable for everyone. Then, our article on transferring training to the workplace echoes a conversation I had with one of our clients - often so much attention goes on the front end of training, and not much on actually making it count practically in the workplace. We suggest some proactive things you can do to make that difference. In our news section, we report on Ashridge Business Schools' research on managing Generation Y, a current concern for many senior managers.
